An enquiry does not place an order or collect an advance. Only an agreed quotation and confirmed booking establish the 10% advance requirement and remaining 90% balance at delivery.
What happens after a buyer submits a cylinder enquiry?
After submission, your details are sent to the business's designated enquiry email when the RFQ delivery service is configured. A confirmation on screen means the server-side delivery service accepted the message, not that a quotation or product allocation has been approved.
