What happens after the business receives an RFQ?
A received enquiry is reviewed and a quotation may be prepared against actual available sourcing options. If the buyer accepts the quotation, booking uses the stated 10% advance with 90% balance at delivery according to accepted terms; the supply target is 15 days after confirmed booking, subject to agreement.
